Fourth Interview Questions

Tell them my EQ and the definition of important= something that stands out above everything else and successful= someone that goes above and beyond in every aspect of there job.
1) What is most important for an EMT to be successful?
2) If you had to pick three answers to my EQ what would you say?
3) Why did you pick those answers?
4)  Do those answers that you stated help you in any way?
5) The answers that I have come up with are patient advocacy, networking, emotionally strong. What do you think of those three?
6) I also have three more possible answers good health, having motivation, communication (elaborate) what do you think about these three aposed to the other three possible answers?
7) Is there anything that stands out above all the other answers?
8) Whats your definition of successful?
9) Is there anything  that helps you specifically to be better and "successful"?
10)  Have you gone through any struggles?
11) What helped you get through those struggles?
12) Have you ever had to reevaluate yourself?
13) Was it any of the answers that you gave me in the beginning of the interview?
