Second Interview Questions

1) How long have you been doing, what your doing? And why?
2) What do you get out of your job? (ex, enjoyment, money...)
3) Have you ever regretted anything you have done on the job, if so why?
4) If you could go back in time and do anything different what would you do/ why? Or would you not change anything at all.
5) Whats your definition of succeed?
6)What was your biggest struggle and how did u succeed, or did u succeed at all?

    You constantly invite your interviewee to shut down conversation by saying things like "or did you?" or "if at all?"

    1. Why did you become an EMT?
    2. What keeps you working as an EMT?
    3/4 seem really similar
    5. How do you know that an EMT is successful?
    6. Biggest professional struggle?
